When I saw the magical space Jessica was able to create in her basement Airbnb, I knew I could trust her with my 3 extra rooms upstairs. Jessica turned my boring and somewhat run-down attic (for which I had zero vision) into a Lakeside Loft that friends, family, and guests rave about! I had a very small budget, so we weren't replacing the bathroom, kitchen space, flooring, or fixtures, instead Jessica used second hand furniture, paint, wall pops, pillows, throws, and her imagination to bring it all together. Her attention to detail is astonishing and her love for her work is obvious. My attic is now a source of income and I couldn't be more thankful.
